By placing an order through this website (, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


Handmade Disclaimer

Due to the nature of our product(s) being 100% handmade to order, some creations may have variations in the patterns and/or colour dye lots.

We are intermittently affected by availability of certain fabric designs and have to substitute with other pattern choices. The colour palette will remain the same, i.e., if its yellow in the picture it will be yellow in the design.

The colour samples displayed on this site may differ slightly from the actual colour due to variances of the monitors and/or devices on which the product(s) are viewed.

We can assure you that each unique item will be beautifully made with care!



All items are priced in ZAR (South African Rands), to see prices in other major currencies please use the currency converter at the top of the page.

Free shipping will apply to purchases of R500.00 or more (for South Africa ONLY)

Purchases of R499.00 or less, shipping will be calculated based on the supplied delivery address at checkout. For regions outside of South Africa, the same will apply at checkout a calculated shipping fee will be displayed based on the supplied delivery address.


Import Duties and Taxes

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa. Items shipped internationally may be subject to additional charges depending on local customs and duties, which are for the customer’s account.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and muhle Creations (Pty) Ltd encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing and order with us. If for any reason, you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to muhle Creations (Pty) Ltd at the customer’s expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping back to our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Please note that third parties are used to deliver our products and whilst we endeavor to deliver your items within 5 - 7 days (South Africa - Local deliveries) and 10 - 15 days (International deliveries), any delivery delays experienced may be due to circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us should your delivery exceed the maximum days and we will assist. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Cancellation Policy

As a valued customer we would like to ensure that you are always happy with your muhle Creations purchase.

In order to ensure this, we are able to accept cancellations within the first 24 hours after your purchase has been made, and we will issue a refund.

Returns Policy

Our products go through a thorough quality check before they leave our warehouse, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective in anyway, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the item.

Should you have changed your mind about your choice, you may return it, please inform us within 72 hours of receipt of the item. Please note that in this instance all costs associated with the return, including shipping with be for the customer’s account.

Please retain all paperwork, original packaging and ensure the item is in its original condition.

This returns policy is not applicable to promotional, sale or bespoke items.

Return Process - Defective products

If you wish to return a product due to a defect, please contact us via email at within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Please state the reason for the return and indicate where the product is faulty and include a clear picture/s.

The muhle Creations team will receive and evaluate your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will email you a returns document which needs to be printed, signed, and inserted into the returned package along with your original paperwork. A return cannot be processed without these documents.

Please seal the product to be returned in its original muhle Creations packaging. We unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the original muhle Creations packaging is used.

We will arrange for our courier to collect the package from you and deliver it to our Head Office in Johannesburg. (For Defective returns only)

Once we have received the item, we will process your return within 7 days and advise you of the outcome via email.

Should the return be acceptable we will issue a refund. You will have the choice to be refunded in the form of an online muhle Creations voucher or via Credit Card.

Return Process – Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, please contact us via email at within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Please let us know your reason for returning the product in order for us to continuously improve our products.


Please arrange for the product to be shipped to our Head Office at 85 Edward Avenue, Sandringham, 2192, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Any costs associated with the return is for the customer’s account.

Please seal the product to be returned in its original muhle Creations packaging. We unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the original muhle Creations packaging is used.


Once the product/s have been received in original saleable condition we will issue a refund in the form of an online muhle Creations voucher.
